On the other hand, selenium and vitamin B5 act as antioxidants that protect the hair from oxidative stress, which is believed to be one of the main causes of gray hair.

However, research suggests that no treatment has been found to reverse gray hair pigmentation. While taking vitamins and minerals may help maintain healthy hair, there are no supplements that can bring back natural hair color once it has turned gray.

Additionally, consuming too many vitamins or minerals beyond the recommended daily intake can lead to hair issues such as hair loss or dryness.
